Nixa Band Boosters is led by a volunteer board of officers elected from our parent and community membership.

PRESIDENT – heather reiger
Presides over meetings, is liaison between Director and Booster Organization and oversees committee activities.
vice President – roberta hurley
Fills in when the President is unavailable. Assists President in duties. Monitors adherence to the school district’s fundraising policy.
secretary – crystal hedrick
Responsible for dealing with correspondence, and records of meetings and activities.
treasurer – heidi badgett
Duties include receipt and care of incoming funds and the paying out of moneys to debtors.
bingo officer – kristy gary
Manage all aspects of the Bingo operations. Filing all necessary paperwork, managing the Bingo bank account, bingo email and bingo volunteers. Reporting monthly funds to the Treasurer.

All parents of a student currently in the band program are band booster club member. Parents are encouraged to attend our monthly meetings, the 3rd Tuesday of each month while school is in session at 6:30 p.m. in the Nixa High School Band Room.
